1. Stem Cell Supplements and Therapy
Seven years ago I began gathering information to find out more about stem cell therapy. I didn't just wake up one day and have an interest in this new fledgling industry that few knew anything about. I was rather motivated by something very near and dear to me, my own health or lack thereof. I had been having serious trouble with my lungs for some years and it finally came to that day where there was no escaping of ignoring my situation. I found myself laying in a hospital on oxygen and I was told that I would have to use additional oxygen the rest of my life and succumb to the reality that I could not breathe well enough to even walk without using it. Well, to make a long story short, after much depression and fear, I decided I had to try whatever I could to move forward and get myself as healthy as I could. Medicine offered some help but I could readily see that it could help but was not going to be a long term solution for my plight. That's when I started looking at all other possibilities; exercises, diet, supplements, stem cell therapy and spirituality. It’s now been seven years ago that they recommended that I get a lung transplant but when I found out the risks, I decided not to go that direction but rather to follow my own protocol to heal. Well, the journey is not over and I still am on oxygen but I haven’t been going backwards like I was. I am holding stable and that says a lot for a disease that is suppose to get worse each and every year. I attribute my overall improvement to the synergy of all that I am doing. The stem cell therapy that I have had has certainly helped energize and keep me from getting lung infections like I used to get. I haven’t had a bout where I had to go on prednisone or antibiotics in years and I know it is because I take a natural product that triggers the migration of my own stem cells plus I have had several stem cell therapies where they used my own autologous stem cells and injected them back into me. Feel free to contact me if you would like to talk at cathrynprickett@msn.com.

3. A Time for Adult Stem Cell Therapy

For over seven years, I have witnessed many breakthroughs and successes with adult stem cell therapy. I have personally seen many people show improvements in their health where they were told there was no possibility of improvement.

Recently, I wondered why such emphasis has been put on embryonic stem cell research when all the breakthroughs that have been documented have been in adult stem cell therapy. Embryonic stem cell therapy has a long way to go to be safe or prove to be effective for stem cell therapy. Adult stem cell therapy may not be right for everyone because there is no guarantee that it works in every case, but for those individuals who have been told by traditional medicine that they have done all they can do and the diagnoses is that you are just going to continue to get worse, I say, why not try it? It’s safe and it’s an alternative with promise. I did… and I am pleased that I did…The worse case is that it doesn’t do anything, the best case is that you start feeling incredible and in between, improvement of any kind is always welcome…..I can be contacted if anyone has questions at cathrynprickett@msn.com.

4. Stem Cell Dilemma
It seemed like it was just a few years ago when we first started hearing about Adult stem cells and the wonderful potential they offered for regeneration and anti aging. The possibilities that were latent in these tiny, miraculous little cells seemed limitless yet so far away. The idea of finally eliminating many of societies well known dibilitating and life threatening diseases got everyones attention worldwide. Additionally, there were only a few universities and research companies internationally doing this type of research but fastforward to today and you will find hundreds of these type of facilities dotted all over the globe. Also, many trials and actual therapies now being conducted and offered to the general public in the United States and Internationally. Prior to hearing about adult stem cells, all that anyone ever heard of was embryonic stem cells. Actually, I still think most people are still confused as to the difference between embryonic and adult stem cells. Most everything that we hear in the news is the controversy of stem cells and how they have to destroy embryos to get the stem cells....Little do people know that embryonic stem cell therapy of this type is not the stem cell that has been showing documented results at eliminating the debiliating effects of over 74 various diseases and conditions as stated by the National Institute of Health. Even for those that are in the field of stem cell research, it is hard to keep up on the weekly breakthroughs that are happening around the world. For the novice who is just interested in finding out if stem cell therapy would be something that would help them, it is absolutely mind boggling. Today there are many different types of stem cell therapies and treatments from which to choose. When doing research on stem cells, you will come across, umbilical cord stem cells, bone marrow stem cells, placenta stem cells, amnionic fluid stem cells, fat stem cells, tissue derived stem cells, and the list goes on. Additionally, you need to decide whether you prefer using your own stem cells (autologous) or someone elses such as in umbilical cord stem cells. Then, you need to determine where in the world do you want to go to get these procedures. Many of them are not allowed in the United States so how do you address the issue of travel and language barriers. Also how do you travel to a foreign country if you are real sick? Cost is also an issue that varies considerably so how do you know you are paying a realistic amount for your procedure. If you stay in the United States and get stem cell therapy, which ones can be done in the States? Well, these are just a few of the questions that many that are seeking stem cell therapy are asking. I know because I was one of those people. I have had stem cell therapy and would be happy to speak to anyone who has questions. Feel free to email me at cathrynprickett@msn.com.
